Mickey can write and sing in many genres, including roots-rock, jazz, folk, pop, swing, and blues! He will consider all commissions from prospective clients whose business practices are compatible with his personal philosophy and spiritual beliefs. Potential clients may include, but are not limited to, those that are in the alternative/holistic healing arts, artisans, or merchants invested in their communities.

Mickey believes in experiencing, first-hand, what his clients offer, so he can write and sing about it with conviction! Any professional services received will be deducted from the final bill if the project is a go. NPOs may qualify for reduced rates.

Jingle Process Outline:
Retainer - $300:
Includes initial meeting so Mickey can assess your needs, creating a jingle concept, and a follow-up meeting to present the jingle ideas.

Composition - $300 minimum:
This is where the jingle is fine-tuned, and made ready for the recording session. A live performance of the jingle, for you, is included!

Production - $300 minimum:
The recording sessions, where it all happens! The actual cost depends on the instrumentalists and vocalists required, amount of studio and rehearsal time needed.

Post-production - $100 minimum:
The 'mastering' process (part art, part techno-science) where an experienced sound engineer, with a great ear, works aural magic on the final mix of the jingle, burns a certified master CD and a couple of backup master CDs ('clones' or 'dubs').

Duplication & Printing:
If you're planning on running radio or TV spots, you'll need multiple copies of your jingle to send to the stations. Also, you might like to have copies of the jingle for employees, family, friends, and customers. For either situation, you may burn one CD at a time on your computers (time consuming), take the master CD directly to a duplication and printing service, or have Mickey contract with the duplicator. An estimate will be provided. Artwork and graphics are extra, and billed at $60 per hour, with a two hour minimum.

For $1000 you'll get:
A single jingle composed and recorded, with a solo vocal by Mickey and 3 or 4 part instrumentation. Your product package will include these items:

1 master audio CD (needed for duplication)

2 labeled audio dubs (for CD or DVD players)

1 labeled disc in MP3 format (for web uploading)
